ibis Styles Marseille Aéroport

I was satisfied with the hotel, the room was really nice, clean, comfortable, the breakfast was also good. The staff was nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is convenient when you want to stay near the airport, I arrived late in the evening, so I stayed there for one night. The hotel has its minibus service, they transport you from and to the airport for free. The only confusion I had was because I had no information on the way you call them to pick you up (at least that's the method at the late hour when I arrived), but then I asked a bus driver at the bus station and he helped. There's a massive pole across platform 5 (terminal 2 I'm talking about), at the bus station, with the sign Hotelbus and on the back of the pole each airport hotel has its button, you choose your hotel and call them, they check your booking and in 10 minutes they send their minibus to pick you up. I didn't get info on this previously and the difficulty was that there was a construction area right where that pole stands, normally you wouldn't go near the pole as it was on the other side of the fence that surrounded the construction area, so some info could be provided on that by the hotel when you book. Anyway, this was a minor thing, the hotel and its services are really good.

The room was ideal for my two night stay. The breakfast was ok but I would have prefered a choice of tea as well as the coffee on offer. The evening meals were good, although the choice on the menu wasn't large. A pleasant stay overall.

The room was an adequate size for us with a double bed and pull out bed. The evening meal on the half board rate was perfect for the adults the children's menu was ok but lacked variety. The buffet breakfast was great. The Hotel airport shuttle service was excellent, it even picked us up from the train station to take us to the hotel.

Room was great, bed was very comfortable. We had a great breakfast, lots of selection.

Shuttle bus turned up after we rang for it at the airport. Checking in was straightforward. Breakfast was good.
